This course focuses primarily on sentence stress, rhythm and intonation when speaking. That beat in English is essential to understand and reproduce to be understood by other speakers and listeners. Once this is mastered, it will also facilitate listening.

Learn English quickly with an experienced ESL teacher! My specialty is teaching speaking, pronunciation and listening. If you are having difficulties understanding and being understood, I can help! In addition I have taught academic and professional reading and writing to individuals and groups, as well as IELTS preparation. My focus is you: For what purpose do you need to learn English? What do you find most troublesome to say/ write in English? I tailor lesson plans to your needs and my materials are from a variety of sources that have proven successful with obtaining results.
I have my TESL certificate from George Brown College in Toronto and am currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in College Teaching through the University of Sherbrooke. I have been teaching ESL for three years to students from a variety of backgrounds and ages, single and group lessons.
