ABOUT THE TEACHER
I'm originally from Germany but I spent the last 2 years in Costa Rica where I've been teaching German at the Goethe Institute. Now I'm quite new in Montreal and I'd be happy to keep going with this job because I really like cultural exchange and languages in general and sharing my culture (and all the nice little details of German grammar of cause) means great fun to me!
I studied translation/ conference interpreting for French and Italian at Heidelberg university in Germany.
Next to my studies I've always been giving German classes to small groups or individuals. Furthermore, I taught German in France for one year in 2007/2008 and the last 2 years I've been working for the Goethe Institute in San José, Costa Rica. So I taught all levels of German for students between 15 and 75 (mostly in their 20s though), business German, exam preparation, conversation classes etc.
