Salsa dancing is in my veins. I am from Colombia, and I have been teaching salsa for over 20 years. In one hour I can show you the basic steps and in a couple of hours I can teach you enough to go to a salsa club (or any place where they play Latin music) and have you dancing with confidence.

Visual learning is my approach of choice. I believe the easiest and most intuitive way of learning math is through visual representation, thus I reinforce the ''seeing is believing'' method whenever possible. The course will look first at a basic overview of the biological changes in pregnancy within the framework of exercise and fitness. Then we will look at appropriate literature in the field and determine how families can exercise together. We will also look at a basic overview a childs development in motor control and movement.
