At the beginning of my career I worked as a Civil Engineer. However, following my passion for education, I started lecturing Probability and Statistics at UNEFA (University of the Armed Forces in Venezuela) in 1995 and kept lecturing since then math courses at college level. The basis of my teaching philosophy is my belief that a successful course excites enthusiasm, is based in fairness and rewards preparation. I believe that I motivate my students by exhibiting a natural enthusiasm for the subject of Mathematics and using, whenever is possible, real life examples to illustrate course concepts.
