Learning Korean to live in Korea

What is the best city to live in Korea? I would like to know if English is understood widely or if I should have a very good Korean level before arriving. How many classes would you recommend to take for someone who is going to live there for six months?

Hi, young generation is more comfortable in speaking in English but generally speaking, it is better to know some basic knowledge of Korean if you plan to stay in Korea for 6 month. It depends on person but I recommend you to take 10 classes at least. Hope it helps! If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. ^^
