There are certainly many workshops and the creative artistic spirit requires concentration but then there is the collective spirit and a chance to meet like-minded soul who like to share artistic vibes. So it goes at a center in Griffintown which has a talent for attracting new artists an allowing them also to have a chance to exhibit their wares. Obviously it is all about the creative process but having a place that allows artists to share news about their work while concentrating on their on themes and having time to work alone is what counts to many. Others can work out effectively from their basements and many prefer to do so where they don't have to be in a sociable mood.

What is it about a space that has minimized on the walls and concentrated on making social events happen among the artists that come in to produce? Well it has an agreeable air and fosters community spirit when as far as the participants are concerned, they either like to be surrounded by other artists or they enjoy in the pursuits of sharing life experiences. One can only speak for himself but their must be a common denominator when they rub elbows. Here one artist gets to share a space with another and possibly make friends in the process, shares in participating in cultural events and talking about whatever interests them in and around their private lives. And there is still room for the creative spirit to thrive and carry the artist from one creative theme to the next.
