There are many platforms to do this.

About writing, there are many websites and blogs where you can post your EXPRESSION ECRITE, and teachers or native speakers will correct your faults and help you to develop your vocabulary.

The best thing you can do to practice with real people is to find a French speaker who is learning your native language or another language that they know well. You can practice in French for a bit and then in the other language. This way you can have a fair learning exchange, where you can both learn and correct each other. It's best if you're both about the same level so the conversation is not too uneven.

Otherwise, you can try to find someone who is also learning French to practice with them, this could help you practice but you could not correct each other as easily.

There's also french chat rooms available online. Or you can take a conversational French class with a teacher.

Language exchange (there are websites dedicated to finding LE partners) might be the best option as the other person will also be a language learner ,they won`t be too judgmental of your mistakes and will teach you some spoken french.
