Γεια σε όλους! Με λένε Ζωή (my name is Zoi) και είμαι από τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Αγαπώ τη διδασκαλία της ελληνικής γλώσσας λόγω των σπουδών μου, της επαγγελματικής μου εμπειρίας και του πάθους μου για τα ταξίδια. Έχω πτυχίο στη Γαλλική Γλώσσα και Φιλολογία και μεταπτυχιακό στη Μετάφραση. Επίσης έχω πέντε χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας ως εκπαιδευτικός και ως μεταφράστρια. Η προσέγγισή μου διαφέρει από την παραδοσιακή μέθοδο του «απλώς ακολουθούμε το βιβλίο». Προτιμώ να χρησιμοποιώ εξατομικευμένες δραστηριότητες και οπτικοακουστικό υλικό, ώστε μαζί να ανακαλύψουμε την ελληνική γλώσσα και τον πολιτισμό με έναν ευχάριστο και δημιουργικό τρόπο. Hello everyone! My name is Zoi and I’m from Thessaloniki. I love teaching the Greek language because of my studies, my professional experience, and my passion for traveling. I hold a degree in French Language and Literature and a master’s degree in Translation. I also have five years of professional experience as a teacher and as a translator.

My approach differs from the traditional “we just follow the book” method. I prefer to use personalized activities and audiovisual material so that together we can discover the Greek language and culture in an enjoyable and creative way.

Bonjour à tous ! Je m’appelle Zoi et je viens de Thessalonique. J’aime enseigner la langue grecque grâce à mes études, mon expérience professionnelle et ma passion pour les voyages. Je suis titulaire d’une licence en Langue et Littérature françaises ainsi que d’un master en Traduction. J’ai également cinq ans d’expérience professionnelle en tant qu’enseignante et traductrice.

Ma méthode se distingue de l’approche traditionnelle du « on suit simplement le manuel ». Je préfère utiliser des activités personnalisées et du matériel audiovisuel afin que nous puissions découvrir ensemble la langue et la culture grecques de manière agréable et créative.

Experience

Over the past several years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach Greek as a foreign language in my hometown, Thessaloniki, Greece. This experience has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my professional life. Teaching Greek to non-native speakers has not only allowed me to share my love for my language and culture but has also given me the chance to connect with people from different parts of the world and learn from their perspectives.

Most of my students have come from China and Albania, and I have worked with both children and adults of all ages and levels.
