About the teacher

Hello! I am Sofia a 33 year old teacher from Greece.

With over 13 years of experience teaching Greek as a foreign language, I have had the privilege of working with people from all over the world—immigrants building a new life, tourists discovering the culture, and individuals who chose to make Greece their home.

Throughout my journey, I’ve supported learners at every stage. From complete beginners learning their first Greek words to advanced students preparing for official language exams, my goal has always been the same: to make Greek accessible, practical, and meaningful.

I understand that every learner has a different story and different needs. Some want to communicate in everyday situations, others need Greek for work or integration, and many aim to succeed in language certification exams. I have successfully guided students through these challenges, helping them gain confidence and achieve their goals.
