My aim is to create a course tailored on the student(s) needs and level, focusing on all 4 aspects of language learning (grammar, reading, listening, speaking). For the less advanced students, the focus will be on grammar constructions, textual analysis, listening practice and basics of speaking.
Mein Ziel ist es, einen Kurs zu gestalten, der auf die Bedürfnisse und das Niveau der jeweiligen Studierenden zugeschnitten ist und sich auf alle vier Aspekte des Spracherwerbs konzentriert (Grammatik, Leseverständnis, Hörverstehen und Sprechen).
My teaching approach is tailored to each student’s needs and level, integrating grammar, reading, listening, and speaking. Beginners focus on grammar structures, simple texts, listening practice, and basic conversation, while advanced learners engage with complex grammar, authentic materials, and critical discussions. Language is always linked to cultural, literary, and historical contexts, fostering both communication skills and critical thinking.

I'm Sara, I'm from Italy and a philosophy graduate student, soon to be PhD candidate at Freie Universität. My teaching approach is based on grammar and textual analysis, as well as an intensive immersion in the literary, historical and artistic aspects. I am a firm believer that grammar and morphology are tools to access a nation's culture in its whole, and not to be separated from its cultural expressions: one intersecates with the other. Hence, what I appreciate about teaching is making a contribution to critical thinking and culture in general.
