Course description:

Do you have trouble doing small talk in English? Small talk in English countries is different than in Germany. And then continuing the conversation can be too much. Let's practice our small talk with strangers.

Teaching approach:

Depending on the student's level, I will change the pace. I focus on speaking since that's what is most difficult. I use different activities and methods to speak. Whether you are A2 or C1, we will have a good time.

About the teacher

Hello, I'm from Toronto, Canada! I live in Germany, working as an English teacher since June 2023. Before that, I had worked in Spain for different Primary Schools. I like to travel, meet new people, and socialize.

Qualifications

I have two university degrees: One in marketing, and another in Advertising. I have a very creative background. I also have the highest level of TEFL certification (that qualifies me to teach English).

Experience

I have taught photography, but mostly English for over 5 years. I worked in Toronto, Valencia, Gandia, Halle (Saale), and Leipzig. I do both in=person and online sessions.
