My teaching approach has been formed over the last ten years. However, this is not to say that I'm not not still perfecting it today. I'm constantly looking for new ways to engage students and keep their interest levels as high as possible. One way to achieve those goals is to appeal to the students interests. So, before we really get into the nitty gritty of English learning, I like to have students compose a short essay about their interests. This allows me to cater to each student.
