Getting the student how to think for themselves in English with a sense of accomplishment is part of my style. The student will gradually learn to incorporate new phrases and vocabulary easily. Phrasal verbs and idioms will be integrated into general conversations and business discussions.
J'essaye de faire que l’étudiant pense en anglais éventuellement, mais pour faire ça, lui/elle comprendra comment on peux éviter de traduire d'un langue a l'autre . Même, on va comprendre la nécessité de utilise les autres expressions idiomatique et phraséologique.
Sono un professore serio con tanti anni d'esperienza nel campo di insegnamento, non solo nella lingua ma anche nella scienza, storia e matematica fino ad livello collegiale.
A long standing commitment in making the language explanations clear makes my course unique. I don't pretend to be perfect. I have a wide cultural base and am also a great listener and that has gained me points over the years.

A wise man called Dumbledore once said: "Words are, in my not-so-humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic." But in order to use this source effectively and, of course, magically, we need training.
I'm a very easy-going, creative and curious person. I believe in interactive learning, active participation and hard work. Each student brings something new, and so I make sure to tailor the program accordingly.
This English Writing program will allow students to explore different types of writing, including argumentative, descriptive, academic and narrative. It is meant to improve writing through practice, but also through reading and conversation. As such, it will be very participatory and interactive.
Together, we will seek to improve your vocabulary, grammar, syntax and punctuation. This course is for those who already have a basic and quite solid knowledge of English.

Why learn English? Just after Mandarin and Spanish, English is the third most common native language in the world and it is definitely the most learned second language. English is today's world's lingua franca. Many occupations and professions require at least working knowledge of English, as it has become the most widely used language used in international publications, international trade, telecommunications, entertainment and diplomacy.
How hard is it to learn English compared to other languages? It depends, of course, on the languages you speak already. The most difficult aspects of learning English are the vast vocabulary, the differences between spelling and pronnunciation, the subtleties of grammar and the different ways it is used around the world.
Montreal is the largest city in Canada, and one of the country's most cosmopolitan. Spoken by 57% of the population, French is the official language, with English following closely. Montreal is one of the country's most bilingual cities with 65% of the population able to speak both French and English, and 20% speaking also other languages. Such diverse composition makes Montreal a great place to learn languages.
Montreal is considered Canada's cultural capital, with a sizeable part of the country's film, music, radio and multimedia production taking place in the city. Montreal boasts also one of the highest concentrations of student populations in North-America. Besides English and French, the most widely spoken languages in the city are Spanish, Arab, Italian, Mandarin, Creole and Greek, among others.
