Hi everyone! My name is Efi, and I am a native Greek tutor. I have years of experience teaching students from all over the world and truly enjoy the cultural exchange in every lesson. I believe that learning a new language opens new paths to communication, understanding, and creativity.
In this class, learning is always fun, interactive, and adapted to each student’s needs. I put special emphasis on speaking practice, so learners feel comfortable using Greek from the very first lessons. To keep the process lively, I integrate authentic materials such as movies, songs, texts, and poems. This way, the course becomes a dynamic journey into both the language and the culture!

Μιλάμε ελληνικά και αγγλικά κατά τη διάρκεια του μαθήματος και ολοκληρώνουμε ένα μάθημα (κατανόηση και παραγωγή προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου και ασκήσεις). Εναλλακτικά, έχουμε ελεύθερο χρόνο για να μιλήσουμε χαλαρά για καθημερινότητα και άλλα.
I teach Greek with digital (PDF) and/or physical books. We speak Greek and English during the course and complete a course (comprehension and production of spoken and written language and exercises). Alternatively, we have free time to talk casually about everyday life and more.
I teach constructively - we find the answers together and understand the way of thinking.

Le professeur Athina Sitou est une personne très gentille et elle a fait preuve de souplesse en me proposant de commencer le cours 30 minutes plus tard parce que j'avais eu un problème de dernière minute. Elle est souple aussi pour mon besoin particulier qui est de surtout faire la conversation pour améliorer mon oral tout en me donnant des explications grammaticales au besoin.
