My approach is simple and straight forward, I have been a photographer for twenty years and an insructor for almost that long. I have a great love of photography and I like to share this passion with others. I am a thoughtful and patient instructor.

Having a long history of immigration, and especially because of its status as a port of entry to the rest of the country, New York is home to groups of nearly every ethnic origin in the world. It is estimated that almost 37% of the city's population is foreign-born. The most important immigrant groups are Latin-Americans from Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, Ecuador and Haiti, followed by communities from Russia, India and Bangladesh, while the number of Chinese immigrants is one of the largest in the country! The most widely spoken languages in New York City are: English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, French Creole, Yiddish and French.
