I prefer to work individually or in small groups with students. This provides the opportunity to engage each student's specific strength/deficit area. I welcome open discussion about topics and encourage individuals to set their own goals and values for defining their personal leadership style.

Berlin has about six million residents from over 180 different nations. Berlin is considered an important cultural, political and scientific node at the international level, in addition to having one of the highest standards of living in the world and being an important tourist destination.
German is the dominant language in Berlin, but about 30% of its inhabitants are of foreign origin. The most-commonly-spoken foreign languages in Berlin are Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Polish, Kurdish, Vietnamese, English, Serbian, Croatian and Greek, among others.
