Hello! I'm a Canadian-born Business English coach for professionals, based in the Dominican Republic, with over 26 years of experience teaching English.

Throughout my career, I've worked with thousands of students in ESL, TOEFL preparation, teacher training, and professional English communication.

Today, my focus is on helping professionals communicate more fluently, naturally, and confidently in English. Through personalized Business English coaching, I help clients strengthen their communication skills, overcome language barriers, and feel more confident in meetings, presentations, negotiations, and other professional situations.

Having learned Spanish as a second language myself, I understand the challenges of communicating confidently in another language. My goal is simple: to help you move beyond knowing English to using it confidently and effectively in your professional life.

¡Hola! Soy canadiense de nacimiento, coach de inglés de negocios para profesionales y vivo en República Dominicana. Tengo más de 26 años de experiencia enseñando inglés.

A lo largo de mi carrera, he trabajado con miles de estudiantes en inglés como segundo idioma (ESL), preparación para el TOEFL, formación docente y comunicación profesional en inglés.

Hoy me especializo en ayudar a profesionales a comunicarse en inglés con mayor fluidez, naturalidad y confianza. Mediante coaching personalizado de inglés de negocios, te ayudo a mejorar tu comunicación, superar barreras del idioma y desenvolverte con seguridad en reuniones, presentaciones, negociaciones y otros contextos laborales.

También aprendí español como segundo idioma, así que conozco de primera mano los desafíos de expresarse con confianza en otra lengua.

Mi objetivo es sencillo: ayudarte a pasar de saber inglés a utilizarlo con confianza y eficacia en tu vida profesional.

Experiencia

I have 26 years of teaching experience. I started working in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic, in 2000 and continued working there for 16 years. Since then, I have worked independently, offering language services to local companies and individuals. These services have included 'language classes', 'Business English', translation from Spanish to English, and I also offer interpreting services.

During that period from 2000 to the present, I have worked exclusively in the language industry. I have 10's of thousands of hours of teaching experience both in the classroom and online.
