This course is a safe and relaxed conversation space where you can express yourself freely, reflect on your thoughts, and gain new perspectives — all while improving your communication skills in English and/or Russian.
The main focus is not on strict learning, but on meaningful conversations. Each session is designed to help you:
- Open up and speak freely without judgment;
- Organize your thoughts and express them clearly;
- Look at situations from different perspectives;
- Build confidence in communication;
- Practice natural, real-life language.
You can choose to speak in English, Russian, or a mix of both, depending on your comfort level and goals.
Sessions are guided but flexible — I provide gentle prompts and questions if needed, while allowing the conversation to flow naturally. Whether you want to talk about life, work, challenges, or ideas, this is a space where you will be heard and supported.

I am an English teacher with over 10 years of experience, working with students of different ages and backgrounds. I began my career at a secondary school in Odesa, Ukraine, and later expanded into online teaching, including work with platforms like Skyeng. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, helping with schoolwork and building confidence in speaking. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel comfortable learning and using English in real life.
