Hello, I'm Danielle. I work and live in Victoria BC, Canada. I am very excited to introduce myself to you because I really enjoy connecting with my students. As a teacher I love to help my students learn and have fun at the same time. If you take classes with me I will want to get to know you so that I can include your personal interests in our lessons. I am very interested in all genres of music, movies and books so I'm sure we can find something to talk about.

I have 3 years of experience teaching English online to ESL students. I worked with many Korean students who wished to improve their written and verbal English skills. I design my own lessons based on my student's interests and abilities. I have also taught English and drama at several high schools in Victoria BC. I have experience teaching English to students of all ages, grade levels and abilities. I am an expert in Essay writing and editing.

I am a Canadian Geography (B.Sc.) graduate with years of English teaching experience from the base of the Apls in France to beautiful Guangxi, China. My teaching style is interactive and fun, giving you plenty of opportunities to express yourself (and make mistakes!!) so that you can learn how to effectively communicate in English. As someone who sees the value in learning another language, I love to give back and teach the language I grew up speaking. After spending a year in China, I know how difficult it can be to learn another language. As a result, I am very patient with my students as they learn and correct grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation mistakes.
I am from Victoria, BC, Canada, where I currently reside. In my spare time I love to continue to learn Spanish, Mandarin, and French. I also play Piano and Guitar (which I am happy to use during my lessons). I also love highlining (look it up!) over rivers on Vancouver Island.
