As a foreign language learner who speaks 5 languages besides my own native language (German), I have gathered many strategies on how to achieve a comfortable level of fluency (the most recent language being Japanese). I have an open an easy-going personality, that is encouraging and motivating.

I believe you can speak German, even if you only know a few hundreds of words and my experience has proven this.
