About the teacher

I was born in Norway to American parents who were working at an international school there. When I was very young, we moved back to the USA, where I grew up. Because of a strong curiosity about the country I was born in, I started learning Norwegian on my own as a child and discovered early on that language learning was a lot of fun. As I grew older, I started to learn German as well and began to take online language lessons. My teachers consistently encouraged and motivated me, and I try to follow their example when teaching my own students.
