He tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en la industria de la hospitalidad por mas de 20 años en el área de cocina; y al rededor de 10 años de experiencia en el área educativa como maestra de artes culinarias a nivel universitario, y también como maestra de idiomas para niños pequeños y adultos mayores.
Me encanta enseñar, pero también me encanta aprender, van de la mano.
Cual sea que sea tu interes en la cocina, conmigo lo aprenderas de manera profesional, no solo haciendo recetas, sino entendiendo las técnicas para elaborar esas recetas.

I'm an international cuisine chef with a Bachelor's degree in Education. Born in Mexico long time ago.
I've had the opportunity to work in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, and also in the educational field for around 10 years as a culinary arts teacher at university level, and as well as a language teacher for kids and older adults.
I enjoy teaching but also learning, my motto is: "Love to teach, live to learn"
Whichever is your interest in cooking, with me you will learn in a professional way, not just recipes but the techniques to cook those recipes.
