About the teacher

Hi! I'm Alex, I'm 28 years old, and I'm originally from Reno, Nevada. I've lived and work in Europe as an English teacher for over four years, first in the Czech Republic, and now here in the Netherlands. I've got plenty of experience teaching individual and group lessons to both children and adults. I grew up speaking Spanish at home, so I can teach it as well!


Qualifications

B.A. in Journalism from the University of Nevada Reno in 2009.

Trinity CertTESOL from Oxford TEFL House in Prague, Czech Republic in 2010.


Experience

As stated above, I have taught full time in Prague (2013-2015) and Utrecht (2016-2016). My students were of all shapes and sizes, from kindergarten children to housewives, and from bank executives to architects.
