About the teacher

Hello, I am Adelina!My family and I moved to Athens when I was ten. I spent nine years there and now I am living in London, studying Fashion Design at the London College of Contemporary Arts. Being trilingual, I sincerely understand the difficulties of learning a new language from scratch, and so I am keen to teach others in creative and effective ways. I am very good at developing and implementing a curriculum that will suit the individual, helping all my students to advance their understanding of the Greek language and culture. I offer nothing less than enthusiasm and dedication; I’ll always be willing to push and encourage you!

Γεια σας,το όνομά μου είναι Αντελίνα.Η οικογένειά μου και εγώ μετακομίσαμε στην Αθήνα, όταν ήμουν δέκα ετών.Έζησα εννιά χρόνια εκεί και τώρα ζω στο Λονδίνο, όπου σπουδάζω σχέδιο μόδας.Γνωρίζοντας η ίδια τρεις γλώσσες ,ξέρω πόσο δύσκολο είναι να μαθαίνεις μια γλώσσα από την αρχή.Για αυτό και προσπαθώ να βρίσκω δημιουργικούς και αποτελεσματικούς τρόπους διδασκαλίας.Έχω την ικανότητα να αναπτύσσω και να εφαρμόζω την διδακτέα ύλη για κάθε άτομο ξεχωριστά,βοηθώντας έτσι όλους τους μαθητές να καταλάβουν την ελληνική γλώσσα και ελληνική κουλτούρα.Δεν προσφέρω τίποτα λιγότερο από ενθουσιασμό και αφοσίωση.Θα προσπαθώ πάντα να σας ωθήσω και να σας ενθαρρύνω.

Experience

I have tutored English students who had been studying Modern Greek and Greek Literature prepare for their final exams. Additionally, I helped improve their skills in vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing and understanding Greek. I have offered tutoring services to families whose children have attended Greek Primary Schools in London, or wanted to simply improve their child’s existing skills.
