Hi everyone! My name is Ignatius, residing in the Philippines. I’m an outgoing person who is open-minded and very interested in the success of students' goals. As a goal-oriented person, my philosophy is that all students are capable of learning. Thus, I am committed to making a difference in the lives of my students who are studying philosophy and/or interested in academic writing/research. At my best, I’m resourceful, sociable, patient, helpful, and empathetic. In teaching, I try to understand student's needs so as to adopt the best teaching approach that meet student's need, which supports my educational philosophy - eclectic. The basis is that no one learning philosophy can meet students' needs. Recognizing that each student's capabilities differ in terms of learning style, I do tailor my teaching to meet individual needs. The self-development of my student is my greatest satisfaction. I feel a sense of joy and purpose seeing my students excel academically and socially.
