First of all, let me tell you a little about me: I come from a place in Brazil called Belo Horizonte, which means "Beautiful Horizon". It's known for it's charming, welcoming people, for it's spirituality, and as well for it's cuisine. Passion for languages was ever a part of my character since I am a child of a Brazilian and a German. Teaching is great because it's one of the few things in life that, the more you share what you know, the more your knowledge grows. I am also passionated about arts (specially painting and acting) and cultural travels.

Hey there! I'm a Portuguese nativite speaker from Lisbon, Portugal. I'm a translator and a teacher of Portuguese and of English (EFL), graduated in Modern Languages and Literatures by the Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa.
I teach Portuguese to children as well as to adults - Beginners, Advanced and Proficiency levels - in Individual or Two-Student Classes.
The lessons are tailored to meet the specific needs of each student.

I am a Brazilian artist and filmmaker living and working in Berlin since 2015. In the past decade I have been producing intensively in several media always maintaining them in dialogue with film language. I have a BA in Cinema from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and in 2016 I completed my Masters in film direction and screenwriting at Met Film School Berlin. In the same year I wrote and directed the short film Noturno, which was selected for 49 festivals and awarded with seven prizes throughout Europe, America and Asia. Since I’m working on the script of my new film at the moment, I have a quite flexible schedule. Let me know when and where you would like to meet up for our first lesson.

Hallo! Mein Name ist Fernanda Ciribelli und ich bin eine zertifizierte Portugiesischlehrerin aus Brasilien, die derzeit in Berlin lebt. Ich habe über 10 Jahre Unterrichtserfahrung, wobei ich mich in den letzten 5 Jahren auf den Unterricht von Portugiesisch und Spanisch für ausländische Studierende unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten spezialisiert habe.
Was ich am Unterrichten am meisten liebe, ist es, durch Sprache Verbindungen zu schaffen. Ich glaube, dass das Erlernen einer Sprache nicht nur Grammatik bedeutet, sondern auch Kultur, Identität und menschliche Begegnung. Mein Unterricht ist schülerzentriert, entspannt und individuell auf die Ziele und das Tempo der Lernenden abgestimmt.
Neben dem Unterrichten promoviere ich in Kulturanthropologie und engagiere mich leidenschaftlich für Menschenrechte. Ich lese gerne, reise viel und lerne selbst gerne neue Sprachen – darunter auch Deutsch, das ich derzeit auf B1-Niveau lerne.
