About the teacher

Hi! My name is Sasha and I came to Berlin to finish my studies (Sociology, Philosophy and Gender Studies) at Humboldt. I am passionate about people, coffee (after 18.00 the passion evolves into the one for wine), reading books and watching people doing the same. While living in St. Petersburg I was semi-professionally teaching Russian and English, both for groups and individual students, which I would like to continue doing here. My free time, which I have, to my surprise, in abundance I spend mostly writing, talking or drawing in any order. Anyway, to complete the image: I am very punctual and responsible when it comes to work.

Experience

I am an English teacher with over 10 years of experience, working with students of different ages and backgrounds. I began my career at a secondary school in Odesa, Ukraine, and later expanded into online teaching, including work with platforms like Skyeng. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, helping with schoolwork and building confidence in speaking. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel comfortable learning and using English in real life.
