About the teacher

My name is Khue. I was born and raised in Da Nang, and I have a passion for languages and helping people to learn my mother tongue. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing Vietnamese culture with the visitors to my city.

I have a combined 8 years teaching both Vietnamese and English to students of all ages including children and adult learners. I’ve created my own lesson plans and materials for each level based on modern teaching techniques using scaffolding, personalized, and inquiry-based learning. I give each student my utmost attention.

Experience

In addition to offering full-service Vietnamese instruction (beginners – advanced), my lessons specialized in focusing on correcting and improving Vietnamese tonal speech for foreign learners.

I provide lesson materials I’ve created to help focus on student goals that show clear marked progression. My goal as a teacher is to give students the foundation for speaking and the tools and confidence to use Vietnamese in everyday conversations.
