Learning a language can sometimes be challening. In my classes I‘m creating a safe place to learn and practice German. No matter if you are advanced or beginner, I will prepare a course outline that is tailored to your interests. I focus on the four skills reading, writing, listening and speaking, by using games, songs and other fun activities. Furthermore, I can give you hints and show you opportunities to practice German beyond the classes.

Mes ateliers se concentrent sur l'expression et la compréhension orales. Les séances consistent dans un mélange entre conversation libre et révision des constructions/mots qui posent plus de problème. Le but est que tu sois à l'aise à t'exprimer en allemand et qu'au lieu d'être frené.e par la peur de faire des fautes, tu développes une capacité d'autocorrection :)

Why learn German? Unless you live in Europe, you are probably wondering what are the benefits of learning German. After all, German is not always the first language that comes to mind when we think about learning a second language. However, there are several advantages to learning German that you might have not yet considered.
German is the most widely spoken language in Europe, and it is spoken by over 200 million people around the world! German is spoken officially and unofficially in many countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Russia, Romania and France. German has a long tradition as the language of choice for many scientists and musicians. You will be able to read the works of prominent researchers in their native language, and understand the lyrics of many classical compositions!
Germany is widely viewed as the main economic engine of the European Union. Mastering German could open for you fantastic opportunities not only in the European job markets but also at home if you or your employer have business that need to be conducted in German. Finally, if you already know how to speak English, learning German will be easier for you since both languages share the same roots many of the same grammatical structures.

If you are interested in learning German but dislike the idea of attending a regular language school, consider taking private lessons with one of our German teachers. Private classes provide more interactivity than group classes and can help you progress faster. You can follow your German classes online from the comfort of your home, or in person, in public places like a library or a coffee shop. You set your own schedule by booking your own classes in our online calendar, according to your own availabilities. If you want to take private German classes but still like the idea of having classmates, you can form a small group with your friends and register for semi-private lessons.
