We will use role play and games to see first hand how the body digests food. There will be visual pictures and models that the students will use to have a better understanding of the basic concepts of food, digestion, and weight loss.

The teaching approch will first look at the muscles most important to the sport. We will then look at the best exercises or activities for: warm-up, building endurance, core stability, how to develop power for your sport, and increased flexibility.

A unique and kinesthetic approach to language acquisition. We will do thirty minutes of Cardio exercises with moves that will help you remember and practice the language. The next thirty minutes we will look the vocabulary and grammatical structures of the language. This is a basic Spanish course for people who want to learn quickly and without any effort!

The concept of the spiral curriculum that involved information being structured so that complex ideas can be taught at a simplified level first, and then re-visited at more complex levels later on. Therefore, subjects would be taught at levels of gradually increasing difficultly (hence the spiral analogy). Ideally teaching this way should lead to students being able to solve problems by themselves. My course is based on grammar and immediate drill at each lesson.

Through a combination of reading and troubleshooting, pre-recorded lectures, exercises, and online discussions, we can examine the key concepts, and intellectual and aesthetic movements shaping English literature and thinking of the Old and Middle Ages through the Restoration, Romantic, and Victorian eras, followed by 20th and 21st centuries. The course will develop your skills in literary and critical analysis, and research. No prior knowledge of literature required, though appreciated!
