I have been helping people learn English for over 20 years! I ENJOY teaching all ages and levels of English. I can help you stay motivated and enjoy learning. You can learn how to speak fantastic English, even IN Japan.
I strive to show my students how much fun English can be. My lessons fun and enjoyable. I use textbooks, videos, shows, songs and articles to teach vocabulary, grammar, slang and idioms and to help my students get comfortable with speaking English. I enjoy helping students develop their own "English personality."
Personally - My hobbies include eating out, motorcycling, woodworking, eating out, watching old movies and traveling.
I have a BA in Journalism from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, in the USA. I graduated in 1995. I also have a fine arts degree in Photography which involved a lot of TV and Film courses.
I have taught at conversation schools, business colleges, kindergartens, high schools and universities. I have been teaching English for over 20 years, 15 years in Sapporo.
