Γεια σας! Ονομάζομαι Πέτρος και είμαι καθηγητής ελληνικών, καθώς έχω σπουδάσει Φιλοσοφική αλλά και τη διδασκαλία των ελληνικών σαν δεύτερη/ξένη γλώσσα.

Κατάγομαι από την Ελλάδα και τα τελευταία πέντε χρόνια διδάσκω με αγάπη και ενθουσιασμό τη γλώσσα και τον πολιτισμό μας σε μαθητές όχι μόνο από την Ελλάδα, αλλά από όλο τον κόσμο!

Hello! My name is Petros, and I am a Greek language teacher. I have studied Philosophy as well as the teaching of Greek as a second/foreign language.

I come from Greece, and for the past five years, I have been teaching our language and culture with love and enthusiasm to students not only from Greece but from all over the world!

BA in Philosophy, Univeristy of Patras, 2018
MA in International Migration and Ethnic Relations, Malmö University, 2021
440-hour training program in Teaching Greek as a Second/Foreign Language, University of the Aegean, 2021

Experience

I have taught Greek at all levels of the Greek school curriculum in Thessaloniki, Greece. This includes preparing high school students for the Panhellenic university entrance exams, with a focus on deepening their understanding of language, literature, and essay writing.
I have also taught Greek as a second/foreign language to non-Greek speakers at A1 level, with the goal of advancing to higher levels. My students have come from diverse cultural backgrounds and countries, such as Iran and Romania, and it’s always a joy to help them take their first steps into the Greek language and culture.
