Me llamo Sofie. Soy un mujer de California, pero vivo en San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, ahora. Tengo una certificación de TEFL/TESOL, para enseñar ingles, y tengo 7 años de experiencia. Me gusta aprender y enseñar las idiomas, y me encantaría conocerte y hablar juntos!

Ich bin Sofie, ein 25 Jahre alt Frau von Kalifornien. Ich habe Sprachen (Deutsch und Fransösich) und Kunst in mein Universität studiert. Ich habe auch ein Jahr in Paris gewohnt, und danach über die ganze Welt gereist. Nach meine grosse Reise, ich habe zu Berlin umgezogen und jetzt wohnt ich hier.

My name is Sofie Engström von Alten. I grew up in California and studied languages (German and French) in addition to fine arts and social studies in University. After traveling around the world and learning about all different cultures, I came to live in Berlin and teach English. I have been here for the past 4 years offering one on one and larger group lessons to students of all ages and language levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz. 2012.

TEFL/TESOL certification, online course, 2012.

4 years of hands-on teaching experience with Berlitz language school.

Large and medium sizes classes of young students ranging from the ages of 5-17, through Berlitz and Educom 2012-2016.

Private and small group tutoring for English and French learners of varying ages, freelance, 2013-2014.

Au-Pair and in-home tutoring for young kids, from the age of 5-8, freelance, 2013.

Large workshops on sustainability, design, upcycling and clothing making and dyeing, through the Museum of Art and History, Santa Cruz California, 2012.
