Course description:

Increase your English speaking, listening or grammar skills with native English speaking who is fluent in Japanese. From business level English to very basics I can customize your course to fit your needs. Basic course includes guided English conversation and grammar/vocabulary review.

Teaching approach:

It's my belief that you don't learn a language by studying from a textbook non-stop. You must use and experiment with a language in order to master it. My goal is to guide you as your use and develop new skills through real English conversation.

Nice to meet you. My name is Sam and I'm a 25 year old American living in Hokkaido. I'm from Chicago but I have lived in Japan for over 3 years. I studied abroad in Tokyo at Aoyama Gakuin University for 1 year and have worked in Hokkaido since then. My hobbies are traveling, photography, hiking, and playing video games. I also enjoy trying new foods from around the world. It's my goal to visit 1 new country every year. I look forward to meeting you!
