Learn Painting
(Paris Through the Lens: Urban & Poetic Photography)
An in-person photography course in Paris focused on architecture, café life, and hidden corners. Learn how to see the city differently, work with light and composition, and capture intimate, authentic images of Paris beyond the typical tourist view. Smart phone or 35 mm cameras.
What makes this course unique is the perspective behind it. It is taught by a professional photographer who has spent years walking the streets of Paris searching for the unseen and overlooked, not the Instagram clichés. The focus is on learning how to see Paris, not just photograph it—reading light on stone, noticing textures, quiet moments, shadows, and details tourists pass by. We learn to slow down, observe, and create images that feel personal, atmospheric, and truly connected to the city.
During the session, students learn how to work with natural light, recognize texture and contrast, and compose images that feel intimate and timeless. Attention is given to framing, perspective, and timing, helping photographers develop a more instinctive and personal approach to capturing the city. Instruction is adapted to each participant’s level, whether using a camera or smartphone.
The experience takes place while walking through carefully chosen neighborhoods, allowing students to practice in real time while receiving guidance, feedback, and creative direction. The emphasis is on building visual awareness rather than technical complexity, making the learning experience accessible and inspiring.
By the end of the class, participants leave with more than snap shots—they gain a new way of seeing Paris. The goal is to create images that reflect personal experience and emotion, capturing the city as it feels rather than how it is usually photographed.

I’m a creative at heart, shaped by years of living, working, and observing life in France. My work moves between photography, art, and storytelling, all guided by a love for details, atmosphere, and human connection. Whether I’m creating, teaching, or sharing experiences, I’m always drawn to what feels authentic rather than polished or staged.
Living abroad has deeply influenced how I see the world. It taught me to slow down, pay attention, and appreciate the beauty in everyday moments. I value curiosity, patience, and presence, and I try to bring those qualities into everything I do.
I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned along the way, especially with people who want to experience places more deeply rather than just pass through them. For me, creativity isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection, observation, and finding meaning in the small, often overlooked details that make life rich and memorable.
