I am an experienced English teacher with a degree in English and Portuguese Language and Literature and have been teaching English since 2002. I currently live and work in Montreal, Canada, where I teach students of various levels and adapt my lessons to meet their individual needs.
I am originally from Brazil, where I taught English and Portuguese for two decades before moving to Canada in 2022.
Teaching is my passion because it allows me to help others achieve their goals, communicate more effectively, and gain confidence in a second language. I enjoy creating engaging, student-centered lessons and watching my students grow and succeed.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, playing and watching soccer, and practicing CrossFit. These activities keep me active and balanced, while also giving me new perspectives that I often bring into the classroom to connect with my students.
Je suis un professeur d’anglais expérimenté, titulaire d’un diplôme en langue et littérature anglaises et portugaises, et j’enseigne l’anglais depuis 2002. Je vis et travaille actuellement à Montréal, au Canada, où j’enseigne à des étudiants de différents niveaux et adapte mes cours afin de répondre à leurs besoins individuels.
Sono un insegnante di inglese esperto, in possesso di una laurea in lingua e letteratura inglese e portoghese, e insegno inglese dal 2002. Attualmente vivo e lavoro a Montréal, in Canada, dove insegno a studenti di diversi livelli e adatto le mie lezioni per soddisfare le loro esigenze individuali.
I am pursuing a Master’s degree in English Language Studies at the Université de Montreal. I completed a college program in International Business Management at Greystone College in Montreal. I hold a postgraduate degree in International Relations from IBMEC São Paulo, and I earned a degree in English/Portuguese Language and Literature from the State University of Londrina, Brazil.
I have primarily taught English and Portuguese language and literature. My teaching experience includes grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, tailored to students’ levels and goals.
In Brazil, I taught in Londrina and Sinop, this one quite close to the Amazon Forest. I taught children, teenagers, and adults in both school and private tutoring contexts.
