Corporate law and contract law lessons for students and professionals. The course includes at least ten 60-minute lessons covering key principles of corporate law, company formation and management, directors’ duties, shareholders’ rights, contract formation and interpretation.
Drawing on my Law degree, background in Pedagogy, and 12 years of corporate legal experience, I connect legal principles with real business situations. Lessons use practical contract examples, case studies, and interactive discussions to make complex concepts clear. Each session is tailored to your academic or professional goals, helping you build confidence in understanding corporate law and contracts.

Hello! My name is Maria, and I am a Greek language teacher from Cyprus, with a specialisation in Pedagogy and postgraduate studies in Teaching Greek as a Second/Foreign Language. I offer Greek lessons tailored to each student’s needs, level, and goals. What I love most about teaching is helping my students gain confidence and communicate in Greek in their everyday lives.
