Hi everyone! My name is Efi, and I am a native Greek tutor. I have years of experience teaching students from all over the world and truly enjoy the cultural exchange in every lesson. I believe that learning a new language opens new paths to communication, understanding, and creativity.

In this class, learning is always fun, interactive, and adapted to each student’s needs. I put special emphasis on speaking practice, so learners feel comfortable using Greek from the very first lessons. To keep the process lively, I integrate authentic materials such as movies, songs, texts, and poems. This way, the course becomes a dynamic journey into both the language and the culture!

My lessons are based on communicational approaches, combined with other teaching approaches/methods. My studies in primary education influence also my Greek lessons for adults which can have a playful character. Additionally, since I like learning about different cultures and traditions, my lessons can have a character of "cutlure exchange".

Δουλεύοντας με διάφορα υλικά στα ελληνικά θα εστιάσουμε στις δυσκολίες και αδυναμίες. Στο μάθημα θα χρησιμοποιούμε και τα ελληνικά, για να μπορούν οι μαθητές να εξοικειωθούν πιο γρήγορα και να αρχίζουν να χρησιμοποιούν την γλώσσα αποτελεσματικά.

Working with various materials in Greek we will focus on the difficulties and weaknesses. We will also use Greek in the lesson so that the students can become familiar with the language more quickly and begin to use it effectively.

Bei der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Materialien auf Griechisch werden wir uns auf die Schwierigkeiten und Schwächen konzentrieren. Im Unterricht werden wir auch Griechisch verwenden, damit sich die Schüler schneller mit der Sprache vertraut machen und die Sprache effektiv anwenden können.

Teaching methods are those which make a lesson interesting and unique. Teaching interactively and combining fun and knowledge makes the student feel that he's not just a listener but participates actively and discovers new things all the time giving us the desired result
