About the teacher

I am an American born in San Diego but raised in Los Angeles, California. I graduated with a degree in International studies, with a focus on Brazil and for that reason I am living here in São Paulo!

I love teaching youth and adults English. There are so many diverse ways to approach English learners; you have to be creative but resolute. I work within the grammar book but also love giving assignments with movies, games, etc.

Personally, outside of the joy of teaching, I love soccer and also work with coffee.

Sou um americano nascido em San Diego mas cresci em Los Angeles, California. Eu me formei em Estudos Internacionais, enfocado no Brasil e, por isso, eu atualmente moro aqui em São Paulo!

Eu gosto muito de ensinar inglês para adolescentes e adultos. Tem muitas formas de aprender inglês; pode ser criativo senão resoluto.

Eu trabalho com o livro de gramática mas também eu gosto de dar tarefas sobre filmes, jogos, notícias, etc.

Pessoalmente, além do prazer de dar aula, eu gosto de jogar futebol e trabalhar com café.
